At Reformed, our Studio Managers play a key role in driving member success, boosting front desk sales, maintaining a clean and welcoming studio environment, and leading a small team of front-line staff to create exceptional experiences for our members.

Role & Responsibilities:



Studio Leadership:

Take ownership of your studio's success by driving member satisfaction and fostering a positive, welcoming environment.

Sales & Member Engagement:

Identify sales opportunities, assist members in choosing the right membership packages and products, and encourage long-term engagement.

Process Implementation:

Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices across your team to ensure consistency and efficiency.

First Time Member Experience:

Make first-time members feel at home by introducing them to the Reformed community and setting them up for success from day one.

Front Desk Experience:

Welcome all of our members with a friendly and relaxed approach, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience every visit!

Team Training & Coaching:

Provide ongoing training and coaching for Experience Leads, Karmis, and Instructors, ensuring they are aligned with studio SOPs and deliver the highest standards of service.

Performance Management:

Take responsibility for studio KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), analyzing performance to track success and identify areas for improvement.

Studio Maintenance:

Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and running smoothly, especially during class transitions, to maintain an optimal environment for both staff and members.

Collaboration:

Partner with the VP of Operations to ensure open communication, share insights, and identify opportunities to further enhance studio performance and member satisfaction.

Must Haves:



Outgoing and positive vibe A love for group fitness (even if you're a newbie!) Experience in leading a team in fitness, retail, beauty, or other customer service environment Proficient in various computer systems and adaptable to learning new systems (Apple Products) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to project a calm and level approach when addressing member concerns Superior attention to detail and attention to cleanliness Excellent ability to problem solve

Education & Experience:



2 + years of customer service experience Customer facing sales experience

Hours:



Full Time: ~ 40 Hours Per week

Schedule:



Ability to set your own schedule with assistance from the VP of Operations Must be flexible to include working some evenings and weekends periodically each month

Compensation:



$21 per hour base wage (40 hours / week) In addition to your hourly wage, you will have the opportunity for a monthly bonus of 2.5% of the studio's revenue. Bonuses are paid out monthly, on the following month's pay period.
