POSITION
The ideal Assistant General Manager will oversee and execute all sales, service, and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of managerial experience in retail, fitness, or service industries.
Confident in generating personal sales, training, and overseeing sales reps. Personal sales is at least 75% of the role.
Enjoys leading by example in a fast-changing environment with broad accountability.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills for positive in-person, telephone, and email interactions.
Demonstrated ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
An affinity and passion for fitness.
Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with computers including knowledge of CRM and/or POS software.

DUTIES
Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
Leads by example including working in the sales processes.
Oversee studio KPIs primarily related to retention. However there is a mutual responsibility between all members of management to sales performance.
GM will strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio. This includes digital campaigns, grassroots events, partnerships, and networking but will need assistance from AGM
Mentor, hire/supervise sales representatives along with GM
Manage sales staff schedules along with GM
GM will coordinate with vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts and may require assistance from AGM
Independently make decisions to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Enforce policies and procedures.
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
Any other duties as assigned.
