At Regen Recovery, we're redefining physical recovery with cutting-edge services like private sauna/cold plunge rooms, hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, IV therapy, compression therapy, DEXA scanning, VO2 max testing, physiotherapy, RMT, and more. We're looking for a proactive, people-focused, and detail-oriented

Assistant General Manager

to help lead daily operations and elevate the client experience at Regen Recovery. As the right hand to the General Manager, you'll balance hands-on client engagement with staff leadership and operational oversight ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to every client who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Experience & Service

Welcome clients, manage check-ins and inquiries, and process bookings, memberships, and payments. Confidently explain services, provide tours, and support membership growth without a "salesy" approach. Ensure a clean, organized facility with fully stocked amenities. Act as the point of contact for client concerns, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
Staff Support & Development

Assist with onboarding and training, ensuring consistent service and safety standards. Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members, monitoring attendance, punctuality, and adherence to shifts. Step in to support staff during peak times or shortages.
Marketing & Community Engagement

Collaborate with leadership on events, promotions, and client engagement initiatives. Create simple Instagram stories and reels to keep community engaged online.
Performance & Reporting

Monitor staff performance and service standards, escalating concerns when necessary. Prepare regular reports on client feedback, staff progress, and operational challenges, offering actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:



Passion for health, wellness, and physical recovery. Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Detail-oriented and highly organized, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Bonus: kinesiology education. Bonus: Experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
