Michele Renee Beauty is a holistic skincare studio rooted in science, intention, and results. Alongside our growing wellness collective, Cloud Nine Beauty & Wellness, we support clients through personalized facials, curated home care, and whole-being care. We're not a high-volume spa--we're a calm, client-centered space with a grounded approach to wellness and a growing team dedicated to thoughtful, meaningful service.

We're currently looking for a

Studio Assistant

to join us 2 days per week in a behind-the-scenes role supporting the daily rhythm of the studio.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the "glue" that keeps things flowing--organized, clean, and efficient. You'll assist with back-end operations like inventory, admin, email support, content uploading, and studio prep. One of your weekly shifts will overlap with our skin therapist and the other will be a solo day once training is complete.

This position is not client-facing or treatment-based--but for the right fit, there may be future opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities:

Studio Organization & Inventory

Restock treatment rooms and common areas Weekly supply and inventory checks (retail, linens, back bar) Maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming studio space Deep-clean studio tools (e.g., steamers, towel cabby)
Admin Support

Check and organize inbox and client communications Prep client follow-up notes and reminders for team Organize product labels and shipping materials Upload blogs, newsletters, or service updates (based on templates)
Marketing & Event Prep (Light Support)

Format and upload pre-designed social media content Print and prep promotional signage or product info Support seasonal product or service events (behind the scenes)

You're naturally organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed You enjoy a calm, purposeful environment where your work matters You're open to learning and being part of a values-driven skincare business You have experience or interest in wellness, skincare, or client care You're comfortable working independently and alongside others
Bonus (Not Required):

Experience in spa, wellness, beauty retail, or administrative roles Familiarity with Google Drive, Canva, Wix, or email marketing tools Interest in skincare, clean beauty, or holistic wellness
Schedule

2 set shifts/week (3 hours each to start):
