We are seeking a dedicated and organized Pilates Studio Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations within the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The Studio Assistant will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our studio.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing studio operations, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Front desk client check ins, greeting, and all other front desk duties
Co-ordinating the class schedule with certified instructors and assisting with instructor sub. management
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Tracking inventory and studio supplies
Utilize POS systems for processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
Engage in recruiting efforts by helping identify potential candidates for studio positions.
Social media management (such as assisting with communication/comments/likes) and working with a marketing team
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and vendors.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms for studio resources.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
Assisting with payroll management processes for staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Skills
Excellent customer service abilities to foster positive client relationships.
Proficient negotiation skills for effective supplier interactions.
Familiarity with POS systems for transaction management.
Experience in recruiting to support staffing needs.
Effective phone etiquette for professional communication.
Ability to sell studio services through persuasive communication techniques.

Requirements
Previous studio management experience mandatory for this role.

Monday-Fridays: Early mornings + late afternoons/evenings
Saturday-Sunday: Mornings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
