Smitty\'s/Bugsy\'s in Lawson Heights requires a permanent fulltime assistant manager to assist and work closely with the General Manager in a fast paced, high volume, restaurant and lounge. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of supervisory work in a full service restaurant environment. The successful candidate will manage day to day operations of the restaurant and lounge ensuring that company goals of profit, sales, and service are met and exceeded.
