Campus Location: OshawaNote: A valid G Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license in good standing and access to a vehicle is required to fulfill the duties of this role, as there is travel in the province of Ontario.Note: This role is related specifically to college student recruitment and does not include human resources recruitment and staffing.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Manager, Student Recruitment, the Student Recruitment Officer implements the institution\xe2\x80\x99s recruitment and enrolment plan as defined by Durham College\xe2\x80\x99s SEM framework for the domestic student population.The role of the Student Recruitment Officer is to develop and conduct a comprehensive recruiting program to meet college application and enrolment targets. This would include scheduling visits with assigned priority schools, developing new relationships with secondary schools, liaising with stakeholders and community agencies; maintaining and presenting up-to-date knowledge of the full-time programs and services of the college.The incumbent collaborates with the student recruitment team to develop and customize content for presentations, brochures and webinars and leverage the CRM tool to effectively collect leads while promoting the college and its full-time programs and services.1.Marketing and Client Support:
