We are currently recruiting a Student Admissions Officer for KLC College - one of Ontario's premiere private career colleges with locations in Kingston, Toronto & Whitby.This is a full-time position based out of our Kingston head campus - ability to work from Kingston is a must, and some travel to our Toronto & Whitby campuses will be expected.About KLC CollegeKLC is a Private Career College. As an Admissions Officer, you would guide students on career goals and register those who are interested in KLC's programs. Admissions Officer must meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets as set by the KLC College Director & Director Student Services.Reporting to the Director Student Services, the Student Admissions Officer will emphasize lead conversion efficiency and customer service with specific responsibilities for student recruitment, admissions, enrollment support, information management, direction and assistance with financial aid.Qualifications

  • College Diploma or Higher
  • 3+ years' work experience in a college or university in an Admissions/Recruitment role
  • Alternatively 4+ years of proven sales experience working with lead conversion and recruitment.
  • Proven track record in sales, meeting targets, and demonstrating relationship building through follow up and networking
  • Experience with Financial Aid an asset
  • Highly developed computer literacy Microsoft Office and student information databases
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate, orally and written, with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Professional disposition and exceptional customer service skills an essential part of this position
We are looking for passionate, talented, sales-oriented individuals who believe they can find & convert potential leads into enrolled students. We are willing to offer a very attractive commission/bonus structure for those who can demonstrate excellent results!Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per yearSchedule:
