Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, smoothing, and leveling
- Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
- Apply coats of plaster to achieve desired texture and finish
- Repair and patch damaged or cracked plaster surfaces
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate plaster application
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete plastering tasks
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment

Skills:
- Maintenance Person skills with knowledge of various construction techniques
- Experience with drywall installation and repair
- Proficient in construction painting techniques
- Knowledge of caulking and sealing materials and methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Skilled carpenter with experience in building structures
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

Note: Prior experience as a plasterer is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with relevant construction experience.
