We are the Customer 360 Data & Strategy team, an integral part of the TELUS Business Marketing organization under TELUS Business Solutions. We are accountable for the single-source Business Customer Database which consists of existing TELUS, Adjacent Business Units (ADT, GoCo, TELUS Health, TELUS Agriculture\xe2\x80\xa6), and prospective customers. The data strategy and data assets we build, maintain, and evolve serve as a cornerstone for TELUS Business Solutions to address the customer\'s needs and increase the market share of TELUS through various marketing campaigns.

What you\'ll do

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to own the Business Customer Database portfolio. The Business Customer Database is the single source of truth for our prospective business customer, existing TELUS business customers (include Adjacent BU\'s) containing data points such as contact information, firmographic data\xe2\x80\xa6in order to enable the Holistic view of customer for strategy and reporting, Merger & Acquisition analysis for cross-sell strategy and planning, and GTM campaigns.

  • Own the strategy and roadmap of the Business Customer Database which serves as foundational asset for strategic planning, campaigns, and customer matching / prospects identification
  • Lead the development of the Business Customer Database on GCP
  • Partner with the Enterprise Data Engineering (EDE) team and business MDM product owner to execute the vision of the Business Customer Database
  • Partner with the Strategy & Planning team to further enhance our ability to determine customer market share and product penetration by region
  • Communicate your vision and execution strategy to our leadership team
Qualifications

What you bring
  • 3-5 years\' experience as a Product manager / owner building and evolving a Customer 360 database
  • Strong technical expertise with SQL, SAS, and/or Python
  • Strong experience communicating your vision and execution plan to senior leadership
  • You have exemplified a deep passion for data unification / enrichment and turning this data asset into actionable insights to drive marketing outcomes
  • You have demonstrated you can pivot between supporting the urgent needs of the business and the long-term roadmap
