Reporting to the Manager, Insights & Strategy as part of the Market Engagement Excellence (MEE) team, the MCRA is an integral partner to an internal operations unit leading insights and analysis for a portfolio of brand teams. We are responsible for crafting new insights through data analysis and Market Research and applying these to the business context. Applying strong teaming and collaboration, we shape brand strategy and influence business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Impact the strategic direction of the brand by translating data analysis and market research findings into meaningful insights and recommendations aligned to the needs of business partners.

Apply internal consulting skills including consultative listening, problem definition, negotiating tradeoffs, and management of internal client expectations.

Demonstrate deep understanding of datasets (IQVIA, internal CRM and Patient Support System) available and perform accurate and credible analysis.

Design and execute Market Research initiatives to meet business insights needs.

Actively cultivate strong, positive, internal partnerships with cross-functional business partners.

Communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and meaningful way to add relevance and impact.

Lead multiple projects, actively prioritize effort, and proactively communicate progress.

Effectively manage external partners and vendors to deliver the highest quality results.

Shape KPIs and Metrics to illuminate progress to strategic and tactical priorities.

Maintain the highest standards of integrity and remain audit-ready with data governance and market research management.
