Job Role:

As the Strategy Lead for the Renewal Specialist Team, you will be responsible for providing insights and processes to a team of specialists across all geographies to drive and execute renewal strategies. Your role will be focused on developing and implementing these strategies that optimize renewal rates and improve Business Partner relations, while providing executive level reporting on the teams initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a team of Renewal Specialists across all geographies coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and achieve team targets.
  • Develop and implement renewal strategies that are aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives, and that optimize renewal rates while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular reviews of renewal processes, identify areas for improvement, and work with the team to implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure that renewal strategies are integrated into overall business plans and objectives.
  • Analyze renewal data, including churn rates, renewal rates, and customer feedback, to develop insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates on renewal performance and strategy to senior leadership, including presenting data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 -4 years of experience in a related field (Business Administration, Management Consulting or Strategic Planning)
  • Understanding of Business Operations and Procedures
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in a strategy-focused role, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Familiarity with customer success principles and practices
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
