Four Seasons has recently launched a new brand campaign "Luxury is our Love Language" designed to reflect the guest focused service culture of the Four Seasons brand in a fresh contemporary way. While the launch has been a huge success, the challenge ahead is to roll out the new brand idea throughout the organization, to lines of business such as Four Seasons Jet and Yacht, to individual hotel properties, and to new markets (APAC/China)

Publicis is building a new strategy and creative team, as it migrates from a Le Truc production to a day-to-day account. A new head of strategy has joined the team along with a new head of creative + ECD and CD. This is an opportunity to play an influential role in rolling out a campaign globally.

This Director of Strategy will be the day-to-day lead for all brand work on the Four Seasons account. They will report into the account's Head of Strategy, who will provide oversight for all brand strategy across the account.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supporting the overall portfolio strategy for Four Seasons and associated Lines of Business
  • Developing inspiring positionings and creative strategy to connect each Line of Business into the new brand idea.
  • Writing creative briefs for the myriad communications planned for 2023 (Food and Beverage, Private Residence, Private Retreats, hotel collections, etc).
  • Partnering with creative teams to guide the work and ensure it delivers on the brand idea/campaign.
  • Integration and partnership with CRM team to ensure continuity between CRM work and brand work
  • Working with agency partners in China to guide APAC adaptation and rollout
  • Working with CRM strategists and Media Strategists to develop integrated, data-driven plans (2023, 2024).
  • Driving learning agenda to track brand health, consumer insights, campaign performance, etc
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of relevant Strategy expereince
  • Strong creative and brand strategy chops
  • Solid experience with bringing brand ideas to life across channels
  • Ability to operate at high level brand altitude all the way through to tactical details across the customer journey
  • Luxury Brand, Hotel/hospitality experience
  • Strong Digital knowledge
  • Research and customer insights experience across qual and quant
  • Open to all geographies - must be able to participate in EST time zones, with occasional travel to Toronto. Must have legal eligibility to work in North America.
