The Sports Central Operations team enables transformation efforts, supporting the EA SPORTS' strategy.

THE ROLE

EA SPORTS & RACING is looking for a Program Manager to support program management and operational initiatives within the EA SPORTS & RACING Central Operations team. You will report to the Strategic Program Management Director, EA SPORTS & RACING - and will support and partner closely with the EA SPORTS & RACING Central Operations team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support, coordination and program ownership for EA SPORTS & RACING programs such as: mentoring programs, orientation and onboarding initiatives, and people development programs
  • Help develop new program plans and roadmaps
  • Support with monitoring program status and metrics
  • Improve documentation and processes
  • Support inclusion and diversity events and initiatives
  • Provide support to other central operations initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field
  • You have experience in Project/Program Management
  • You have experience providing progress updates, reporting and data analysis
  • You are an excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • You are collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team
  • You want to cover a broad range of topics contributing to workplace culture
