Position: Strategic Account Manager Location: Whitehorse, Yukon Duration: Full-time Wage: Commensurate with experience Total North Communications is seeking an individual to join our team! This individual would be responsible for our Camp Services sector, in a customer facing role handling logistics, invoicing, system set ups and more. Our ideal team member would be organized, pay attention to detail, responsive, self-motivated and professional. They will be client facing, handling all logistics to deploy communications systems to some of our biggest clients. This position is exciting, fast-paced and no two days are alike! Responsibilities of this position:

• Serving as first point of contact for Camp Services inquiries
• Actively close sales while providing outstanding customer service
• Invoicing clients for system deployments and monthly service fees
• Tracking down overdue invoices
• Preparing accurate estimates for camp services
• Handling customer relations post install
• Coordinating scheduling for customers and with TNC Management team
• Coordinate pre/post trip meetings with technicians
• Converse with multiple vendors for different camp systems
• Enabling success of our Camp Services department through organization and excellent implementation

Requirements of this position:

• Minimum of 2 years related sales experience
• Business Admin or equivalent will be considered an asset
