On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client provides a highly configurable suite of market planning solutions to MM and Enterprise organizations across the retail, healthcare, restaurant, and service-based sectors. They have more than 300 clients including In-N-Out Burger, Levi, A&W, Lululemon, McDonald\'s, Banfield Pet Hospital and has successfully generated $15M in annual revenue with only 1 dedicated salesperson.

About the opportunity: Strategic Account Executive (Inbound)

  • Responsible for managing and converting a high volume of inbound leads and existing pipeline of opportunities - no outbound prospecting or cold calling will be required
  • Own the sales process from end to end and take a highly consultative based approach
  • Lead discovery calls with a great deal of due diligence by asking questions that allow insight into the challenges of the business and the problems they are looking to solve and then connecting the dots
  • A heavy emphasis will be on the due diligence in properly vetting the client and validating the fit for parties before putting together a customized demo to review the solution together
  • Work primarily with regional-based businesses across retail, real estate, and restaurant segments with the opportunity to grow into the Enterprise segments
  • Report and work closely with the president and collaborate with internal teams to help push opportunities across the finish line
  • Hybrid role with flexibility to work from home or in the office
Key Requirements for Consideration
  • You have at least 3 years of consultative B2B tech sales experience
  • You do not see yourself as a \'sales\' person, but rather someone who has a genuine interest in solving problems
  • You love numbers and data and would consider yourself analytical by nature
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong business acumen
Compensation:
  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Total income year 1: $140K-$160K
