Duties:
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements with tenants and life lease residents
- Maintain accurate and organized files for all properties
- Track and manage property information
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and property records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing budgets, and processing invoices, working closely with the company bookkeeper
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using property management software systems
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, reporting to the board of directors
