Store Manager/ Sales/ Estimator
We are looking for an experienced carpenter, framer, or residential construction worker to help open our new our sales team and establish our NEW STORE in Calgary!

Role and Responsibilities

Specifically we are searching for a hard working, motivated estimator and salesperson to join and grow with our company in material estimates, customer sales and growing relationships with contractors.

Previous construction experience is essential, particularly residential experience such as framing, cribbing or Insulated Concrete Forms.

Estimating residential Insulated Concrete Form Foundations and homes using Excel, and accounting software. Providing customers with a detailed break down of the required products for their ICF build

Answer Phone calls to to assist customer by providing, answers related to quotes, typical construction methods, or arranging product orders

Place orders for materials to suppliers.

Ability and willingness to assist customers or suppliers load/unload trailers when required.

Education Requirements

2-5 years of Residential Construction Experience, particularly with foundation and framing experience. Understanding of how to estimate in construction. Experience working in Excel is required. Experience with accounting system such as sage 50 accounting, is beneficial but not essential Valid class 5 license (Drivers abstract will be required) High school diploma
