Sales & Operations Manager

to lead our team, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.

Position Overview:

The Sales & Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of sales, customer service, and day-to-day branch operations. This role combines leadership, strategic business development, and operational management to ensure seamless processes and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership

: Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and business development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers. Oversee pricing strategies, quoting, and negotiation to achieve profitability goals.

Operations Management

: Manage branch operations, including order fulfillment, logistics, and inventory control. Coordinate with suppliers for timely product ordering and stock management. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

: Lead, train, and mentor staff to achieve operational and sales targets. Foster a positive, safety-focused work environment that promotes teamwork.

Strategic Planning

: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and enhance service offerings. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on sales and operational performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations within building materials, construction, or related industries. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of

interior building products

, including acoustical ceilings, drywall, framing, Insulation, and other related products & solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally as required.
