The responsibility of the Storeroom Supervisor is to oversee and coordinate the accurate delivery and control of stock and supplies to various Food and Beverage departments through the resort.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise storeroom personnel.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance & security of storeroom at all times.
Coordinate and maintain team shift schedules.
Ensure that all product is received & rotated in proper order.
Maintain all product in accordance with safe and proper handling procedures.
Manage storeroom requisitions and lead order confirmations.
Manage accurate inventory control.
Comply with Food Safety Regulations and WHMIS Controls set by the Department.
Deliver a variety of product & items on the property and within the village of Lake Louise itself.
Drive a variety of vehicles including pickup truck, ATV, 4x4 truck.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license (or international equivalent) with clean driving record (abstract/traffic history report must be provided before commencement of employment)
Highly organized & detail oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, can work well in a team as well as independently
Ensure quality of product & services offered at all times
Must be in excellent physical condition, heavy lifting required
Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments
International driving license (obtained before arrival in Canada)
Work Schedule:
5 days on / 2 days off
Dress Code:
Maintenance/Outdoor uniform - to be discussed at time of interview - must provide their own steel-toe boots
