We are looking for a motivated and organized

Assistant Manager

to support the daily operations of our restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

:

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of both the kitchen and dining areas. Overseeing daily operations by scheduling work shifts, monitoring staff performance, and regularly providing training and guidance to employees. Maintain inventory and assist in ordering supplies to meet operational needs. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly. Train new team members and provide ongoing support to staff. Ensure health and safety standards are met and adhered to at all times. Assist in implementing marketing promotions and improving restaurant workflows.

Qualifications

:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with hotpot is an asset but not required. Fluent in English (knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus). Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 52 per week
