Does working with customers in a heart centred, metaphysical gift store sound like the perfect fit for you? Then this might just be your calling. We are looking to fill a full time (37.5 - 40 hours a week) position for a Sales and Customer Service Representative and Store Supervisor for our retail store in downtown Victoria.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide excellent sales and customer service, and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Help to train retail staff to ensure high-quality service and sales performance
- Recieve and upload inventory into online system
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize store layout and product presentation
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Handle cash transactions, opening and closing registers, and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively support day to day store opperations
-Proven ability to upsell products and maximize sales opportunities
- Experience in retail sales is highly desirable
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

Assets:
- Knowledge of crystals and spiritual products (ie, sage, dieties, tarot, incense)
- Ability to work alone as we al part of a team
- Ability to problem solve and stay present
