Duties

Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage and train retail staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Handle recruiting processes including interviewing and onboarding new employees. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain inventory levels through effective purchasing and merchandising practices. Ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed, including payroll processing and bookkeeping. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities. Implement pricing strategies that align with company policies while maximizing profitability. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory management, and reporting purposes. Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise displays and ensuring cleanliness.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles is essential. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance customer interactions. Demonstrated proficiency in cash handling, payroll management, and administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote store initiatives effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in training and development of staff members to enhance their performance.
