Funvilla is a fast paced and demanding working environment providing a service to the public Monday to Sunday. Therefore enthusiasm, good communication, and flexibility are all important aspects of the job. The role of a Supervisor is critical and important to ensure safety, smooth operations, and a positive experience for children, parents, and staff.

This position as Supervisor requires professional person to drive and take care day to day operations in store which are mainly related but not limited to team work, customer management, team building, weekly team scheduling, party management, stock management, event planning, adhere safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards. The Supervisor will take direction from the management in carrying out delegated tasks and adopt a leadership role in areas assigned to him / her as required.

Duties & Responsibilities - Supervisor

:

1. Safety

Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment and facilities. Respond to injuries, emergencies, or behavioral issues swiftly and appropriately. Ensure all staff are trained in first aid and emergency protocols. Enforce proper sanitization and hygiene standards (especially in soft play area, slides, and toddler areas).
2. Staff Management

Supervise, schedule, and evaluate the performance of the staff. Provide training and guidance to new team members. Resolve staff conflicts and ensure good team morale. Oversee shift changes and manage adequate staffing levels at all times.
3. Customer Service

Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints from parents or guardians. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained by all team members. Explain rules and safety guidelines to children and parents clearly. Promote a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for all visitors.
4. Operations Management

Efficiently check in customers ensuring that waivers have been completed fully (online or paper) Ensure all play equipment is in good working condition; report or arrange repairs when needed. Keep track of attendance numbers, capacity limits, and visitor flow. Maintain cleanliness and order throughout the facility. Supervise birthday parties, events, or group bookings.
5. Administrative Duties

Prepare and maintain daily reports, if required (attendance, incidents, maintenance). Manage inventory of supplies (sanitizers, first aid kits, wristbands, etc.). Enforce opening/closing procedures. Assist in compliance with local safety regulations and inspections. Handle cash in tils, register issues, and oversee transactions. Ensure proper billing for birthday parties or special bookings.

$18.00 per hour (Negotiable & depends on hands-on experience)

Language requirement:

Fluent in English. French not required

Schedule:

8 hours in a day, max 40 hours in a week.

Experience:

Supervisory minimum 2 years required

License/Certification:

Food Handler Certification (preferred)
