Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Store Sales Manager

to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Monitor sales performance, meet targets, and drive profitability. Train, guide, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and reduce shrinkage. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle cash procedures and maintain register accuracy. Recruit, interview, and train new employees as required. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry is an asset. Proven experience as a Store Sales Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices. Proficiency in POS systems and retail software. Accurate cash handling skills. Experience in inventory management. Experience in recruiting and training staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
