We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Store Sales Manager

to lead our store team. In this role, you will oversee all store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory, and staff management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:



Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Monitor sales performance, meet targets, and optimize profitability. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction. Manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize shrinkage. Process transactions accurately using the POS system. Handle cash procedures and ensure register balances are correct. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees as needed. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:



Knowledge of the wireless telecommunications industry is an asset. Proven experience as a Store Sales Manager or in a similar retail leadership role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer service best practices. Proficient with POS systems and retail software. Ability to manage cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of inventory management practices. Experience in recruiting and training staff. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
