Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the pizza store, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service.
Monitor food preparation and delivery to maintain quality and consistency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Manage store inventory, ordering and tracking supplies to prevent shortages or waste.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated and high-performing team.
Schedule and assign shifts to ensure optimal staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address concerns.
Customer Service
Ensure customers have a positive experience by providing exceptional service.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
Financial Management
Monitor store performance against sales and profitability targets.
Manage budgets, including labour, food costs, and operational expenses.
Prepare and analyze sales and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Marketing and Sales
Implement promotional campaigns to boost sales and attract customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local store marketing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience
: 2+ years in restaurant management or a similar role, preferably in the pizza or quick-service industry.
