Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As an Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management. Responsibilities: - overseeing all aspects of store operations - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints - Train and develop team members on product knowledge, and customer service skills - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate complete weekly inventory ordering - visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance standards - Handle cash management, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and cashiering duties - Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop strategies to increase sales and meet company goals - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications: - Previous retail sales experience is required - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent math skills for cash handling and payroll purposes - Bilingual (French & English)- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management role - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
