About Us


Working as a Store Manager you will be responsible for the operations of the store and driving the business. This includes supporting and coaching Member Services and Travel Consultants. This role comes with benefits, pension, 3 weeks paid vacation, travel perks/discounts and a bonus.

Position Details


  • Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Provide staff with formal and informal feedback on their performance and ongoing coaching. Monitor achievements of individual and store goals.
  • Set yearly goals for store and associates.
  • Actively assist in the career development of the staff by providing them with callings to learn new skills, attend seminars, take FAM\xe2\x80\x99s and learn about other opportunities within the organization.
  • Ensure all travel staff are up to date on product, industry and supplier information.
  • Prepare annual budget and recommendations.
  • Monitor all expense and revenues of various product lines.
  • Review financial statements against month end figures.
  • Deal with customer problems in empathetic manner.
  • Willing to get TICO certification.
