Who We're Looking For

You're currently successful but stuck.

Maybe you're an assistant manager who's been promised advancement that never comes. Perhaps you're in a family-owned business where the path forward is blocked. Or you're a top performer who's ready to run your own operation.

Essential Requirements:

Flooring/Tile Industry Experience

- You know the products, understand installation requirements, and can speak the technical language

Strong Contractor Network

- Established relationships with local installers, builders, and contractors in the Greater Moncton area

Proven Sales Track Record

- Experience in B2B sales and contractor account management

Building Materials Knowledge

- Understanding of substrates, setting materials, grout systems, and installation specifications

Retail Management Experience

- Track record of managing inventory, staff, and customer relationships

Bilingual (French/English)

- Preferred but not mandatory if all other qualifications are exceptional

You Bring:

3-5+ years in flooring/tile or related building materials industry Existing relationships with Moncton area contractors and builders Energy and ambition that's currently underutilized Desire to build something significant with a growing company Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service excellence

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
