JOB DESCRIPTION
A Store Manager is responsible for the retail customer's experience from beginning to end, and the wholesale customer's experience from order placement to order fulfillment. A Store Manager is also responsible for the store from door to door, and the Store's performance monthly and annually.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Build the best team by overseeing the hiring & training of all new Fat Guys employees.
• Lead the Parts Pros through coaching and mentoring to ensure all customers receive an experience that adheres to the Fat Guys brand.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage based on seasonality. Making on the fly adjustments when unforeseen absences occur, or business volumes warrant a shift. Jumping in as required to mitigate impact on our customers.
• Work with the store leads to ensure that all customer inquiries are properly addressed, parts are located to complete an order, parts not in-stock are sourced, parts are delivered in a timely manner and returns are picked up to meet customer expectations. Must be able to operate the POS system and be wiling to step in when necessary.
• Manage and enforce proper inventory control measures to ensure stock accuracy. Provide suggestions on how to properly stock products to ensure that the work environment is organized and clean to add efficiencies to daily operations.
• Responsible for the store's sales performance . Must manage and motivate staff to achieve their respective sales targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy for both retail and wholesale customers to ensure continual revenue growth.
• Responsible for identifying ways to improve GP%.
• Manage variable expenses, specifically payroll, as well as vehicle & building maintenance, inventory adjustments, and certain aspects of marketing.
• Ensure staff adhere to all company policies.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience managing staff in a high paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
