JOB DESCRIPTION

A Warehouse Associate works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure both accurate and timely order fulfillment of retail, wholesale & e-commerce orders to properly service our customers by getting them what they require as effectively and efficiently as possible.
• Dispatch drivers to meet wholesale customer expectations, which may involve physically delivering the order to reduce customer wait times
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments to both protect company assets and properly service our customers.
• Ensure that all inbound products are received in accordance with an approved purchase order and associated invoices. Once the product is received ensure that it is properly placed on the shelf, in the correct order, in a timely manner so that it can be located when required to complete a sale.
• Assistance with cycle counting & bin locating as time permits.
• Assistance with picking product returns as time permits.
• Contribute to the cleanliness of the work environment by taking initiative when time permits or as instructed or as defined by closing duties.

REQUIREMENTS

In order to be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience with warehousing specifically dispatching & receiving
• Experience with stocking shelves with product
• Experience using an ERP system
• A valid Manitoba Driver's License.
• Ability to work well under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
