Provide general support to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Mandarin
(Cantonese is an asset).
Excellent
communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Strong
learning ability
and problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
and comfortable with digital tools.
Prior experience in the
blinds, curtains, or home decor industry
is preferred.
