Store Manager - Fredericton (Regent Mall Store)

Position Overview

We are recruiting for a full-time

Store Manager

to lead our MartinMax store in Fredericton This is a permanent role suited for an experienced retail professional who can independently manage daily operations, lead a team, and drive store performance in a creative and dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash management, and compliance Lead, coach, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and strong sales results Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management of team members Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve store targets Manage product merchandising, visual displays, and seasonal promotions Oversee inventory control, receiving, and stock replenishment Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Ensure workplace health, safety, and employment standards are met Report regularly to head office and collaborate on business initiatives

Eligibility

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Previous retail management or supervisory experience (store manager, assistant manager, or equivalent) strongly preferred Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Comfortable working full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Able to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered

Salary and Benefits
