Originating in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1985, Pseudio is now a nation-wide company with 33 stores stretching across Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Alberta. Carrying the latest trends in men's and women's active and fashion forward apparel, outerwear, footwear and accessories, we've got a knack for tailoring specific product mixes for each location and their unique customers.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.

What will you do?

Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales Provide customers with exceptional one on one service to create lasting relationships and customer loyalty Create customer awareness of current promotions and new product Meet or exceed sales goals through selling and service Effectively recruit, train & coach the sales team to ensure high levels of performance and customer service Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store Be a positive member of the selling team and support fellow co-workers at all levels of the selling process Communicate product needs with the buying team to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty Participate in stock receiving and processing when needed Must prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business
