Summary

The Store Inquiries Coordinator position will provide support to Metro Ontario stores in resolving store SAP and BDMS issues that have been submitted via email, providing the stores with requested interim retails, entering survey and distribution information, and working on special projects as necessary.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Receive, investigate, and respond to all store inquiries impacted by SAP and BDMS. Store Inquiries are sent via email from the stores.
  • Ensure that the correct data is transferred from SAP to BDMS.
  • Coordinate issue resolution activities with relevant departments.
  • Troubleshoot items that may impact multiple locations.
  • Correct issues identified by the stores, category management, replenishment, traffic, and warehouse operations.
  • Ensure that issues correction is completed within required time frame.
  • Provide instruction to the store, on the appropriate course of action to affect a retail change and also ensure that the store enters the retail change for the correct time period.
  • Proactively inform the stores of any upcoming difficulties that the stores may encounter with current flyers.
  • Complete data entry into the SAP system during project work, manipulate date in Excel and create action logs and summary reports.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of BDMS, Excel, Word and SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
