Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction Operate the POS system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation Provide information about promotions, sales, and store policies through clear communication Maintain knowledge of current inventory levels and restock shelves as needed Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy Assist with store organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly Experience with retail sales, cashiering, POS systems, and cash handling Knowledge of merchandising principles and product placement strategies Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently Effective phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-ups Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers on features and benefits Multilingual skills to serve a diverse clientele effectively
