Primary Purpose of Job

Help to assist customers in their purchases and retail experience

About The Role

We are currently looking for a friendly, customer service associate who is outgoing and a self driven person. They will assist the team to oversee and maximize our stores sales goals, and assist to establish a strong sales culture with accountability for operating standards and financial performance. Additionally, you are to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge, professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.

Customer Offering

Deliver exemplary customer service Assist Team for each new product launch

Financial

Assist Manager so that goals will be met through appropriate planning Assist team to Meet or exceed financial targets Monitor the Loss Prevention program to protect the company's inventory and assets

Day to Day Operations

Ensure all merchandising and pricing guidelines are followed Ensure store is clean and presentable and action any maintenance issues Execute merchandising programs and track results Maintain restocking inventory levels, as well assist team with inventory ordering and receiving Respond to customer complaints Actively aim to increase and share industry knowledge Develop relationships with store stakeholders

Regulatory Adherence

Ensure that you have met AGLC's Pro Serve regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and adhered to Participate in inspections, audits and required corrective actions

Qualifications

Work Experience

No experience is necessary

Education

Pro Serve Certification First-Aid Certificate is considered an asset Training in wine/beer/spirits (preferred, not required)

Physical Requirements

Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evening and weekends Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand for an extended period Comfortable climbing ladders

Other Skills and Capabilities

Highly self-motivated Customer service driven Must be able to pass a Background Check Must have access to reliable transportation
