Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our inventory processes at our storage and store location. This role is vital in ensuring our boutique maintains a seamless supply chain and exceptional customer experience, aligning with our mission of body positivity and joyful shopping.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee storage operations, including stocking, materials handling, and order fulfillment. Collaborate with owner and team members to forecast inventory needs. Maintain and update inventory management systems to ensure data integrity. Lead efforts in reducing stock discrepancies and optimizing stock levels. Coordinate with logistics providers for shipping, receiving, and distribution activities. Implement best practices for inventory management that support the boutique's values and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable Vehicle Strong physical ability to move bins of clothing around. Passion for body positivity and inclusive fashion is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 15 per week
