Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all glassware, silverware, china, and equipment are cleaned to an impeccable state.
Understand and apply safe usage of all cleaning supplies in accordance with WHMIS legislation. Maintain and store supplies and equipment properly to reduce waste and ensure cleanliness.
Provide a high standard of sanitation for the kitchen by completing daily cleaning duties as outlined for the scheduled shift.
Operate and clean all job-related equipment safely and efficiently.
Receive food and chemicals from the loading bay and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.

Qualifications:
Understanding of WHMIS regulations or willingness to learn.
Ability to follow cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
