Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly operating statements and assist in the preparation of quarterly and year- end financial statements for operating companies
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that transactions are entered into the system in a timely manner
- Ensure that all financial transactions are carried out
- Prepare government remittances and ensure timely filings
- Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Provide budget versus actual variance analysis
- Ensure to meet department\'s objectives by defining individual objectives
- Other duties will be assigned as required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience performing full-cycle Accounting
- Knowledge of different ERP systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to exercise good judgment, demonstrate initiative and pro-activeness
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Sound work ethics
- Knowledge of the Office suite, especially MS Word and MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Proven ability to problem solves, to think strategically, and to take initiative
