Security Resource Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our established team at the Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, Sk. Position: Primary responsibility is to provide a high level of Access Control. Protection of People, Property & Information while enforcing site safety at a high level for all employees and visitors to site. Requires strong communication skills, Ability to memorize and recall, a high level of situational awareness and critical thinking capabilities. Currently hiring for Casual positions with opportunity for a Full-time Role upon performance evaluation. Casual employee shifts are typically an on-call basis for vacation, sick days and other roles that may develop. Shifts are typically 12 hours. Shifts rotations are 7 days on, 7 days off. You will need to be willing to work in all weather conditions, any time of year and will be given proper equipment to do so. Wage: $17.94 - $21.50/hour Requirements:

• Must be a minimum18 years of age
• Must be able to provide Criminal Record Clearance
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test (Pre-Screening)
• Must have Reliable Transportation
• Must Provide 5-year Drivers Abstract (Upon Hiring)

Education/Training:

• Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver?s License
• Certificate from a Saskatchewan Justice approved Security Guard Training Course (Preferred)

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc)
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Able to work independently.
• Problem Solving
• Strong Memory Recall
• Attention to Detail
• Critical Thinking
• Able to Walk/Sit/Stand for long periods of time and lift minimum 30 lbs.
• Must be Fit for Duty

Assets:

• WHMIS 2015
• Valid First Aid / CPR / AED
• Some Post-Secondary Education
