Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Contract Coordinator on a permanent basis on our Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK. If you have a passion for contracts and have experience coordinating and managing contractor activities, this position could be for you. This role deals with all areas of our plant, including off-site work and ensures efficient service delivery related to contractor services for the Maintenance and Reliability, Process and the Health, Safety, Security and Environment departments. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Manage contractors by providing field supervision, confirming service priorities, ensuring contractors are providing equipment and personnel to efficiently meet CRC contractual and operational requirements
• Collaborate with planners, schedulers, maintenance coordinators and procurement to recommend and implement effective contract management strategies for maintenance and turnaround contracts.
• Coordinate field execution activities, monitor safety performance and ensure compliance to environmental policies for Turnaround and Maintenance contractors.
• Assist with scope development, negotiation and implementation of complex and high-risk short term and long-term contracts.
• Work with Planning and Turnaround Coordinators/Managers to develop bid packages, key contracting milestones and staffing and mobilization plans for all Turnaround contractors.
• Use subject matter expertise to ensure effective contract compliance throughout the entire life cycle of the contract including ensuring contract scopes are on schedule and on budget, reviewing and approving contractor timesheets (LEMs) and invoices, and identifying lessons learned to ensure accuracy of future contracts
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with contractors that focus on efficient service provisioning, cost management, safety, and quality of work.

Who you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with: The Team: You will work closely with Maintenance Coordinators, Logistics Coordinators and Reliability Technicians. This team strives to cultivate a culture of teamwork, collaboration and Quality Control. The Collaborators: You will work closely with other functions in our Co-op Refinery Complex and collaborate with teams such as Maintenance, Reliability, Process and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental departments. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

• Have a business degree, technical diploma or trades certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) would be an asset.
• Have a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience working in construction or an industrial complex, specifically in Construction Management and/or Contracts Management.
• Supervisory or Management experience would be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• You\xe2\x80\x99re familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Programs, Primavera P6 scheduling software, functional knowledge in CMMS systems, and understanding of SharePoint web-based platform.
