Our client, located in Markham, requires an Insurance Associate to help with a long term one year contract/temporary opportunity. The main duties of this role will be responding to incoming calls and making outbound calls to clients and insurance representatives, follow up on missing documentation, maintaining electronic files, and sorting and processing incoming mail. You will be working as part of a dynamic team, providing support to front desk as well as other administrative associates.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

- Answer incoming calls
- Make outbound calls to clients and Insurance Representatives
- Maintain client files
- Process and sort mail

Requirements:

- Post Secondary Degree or Diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be resourceful and capable of balancing multiple competing priorities with ease. Exceptional verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft office skills and outstanding customer service skills are also required for this position.
