We are looking for a Security & Strategy Co-op Student to join our Business Development, Government & Defense team for an 8-month term. The positions starts in January 2024 in Calgary, AB.

Relocation assistance may be provided to the successful candidate.

Co-op Student Requirements (General):

• Enrollment in a co-op (or internship) program in a recognized Canadian university
• Excellent computer skills and experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate technical vocabulary
• A valid Class 5 driver\'s license and personal vehicle may be required for some positions.

The Business Development, Government & Defense team has a variety of exciting opportunities on the horizon including large Canadian government initiatives such as NORAD Modernization. With so many opportunities to pursue, this position will be engaging and dynamic.

Activities:

• Conduct research on subjects of interest to the Business Development team using government databases, private sector businesses\' websites, and networking sites like LinkedIn and Indeed
• Summarize research findings in a succinct and informative manner using PowerPoint presentations and Excel charts
• Attend pre-bid update sessions and assist with strategic reviews for proposals (i.e., Red Team reviews)
