The Digital Self-Serve Program Team is responsible for driving a positive self-serve online experience across Bell\xe2\x80\x99s Residential Services and Mobility customer bases, and associated brands including Prepaid and Virgin Mobile Canada. We develop customer experiences and functionalities, along with online adoption strategies, champion online performance and work with our partners to roll out new digital tactics and strategies.

This roles aims at discovering and developing new and/or innovative technology product ideas, or enhancements to existing products for the translation of research discoveries into usable and marketable products to generate revenue & efficiencies.

Leads plans and tracks all phases of the technology product life cycle from inception through introduction into our tools and processes.

Appraises new technology product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.

Establishes technology product specifications and collaborates with various functions, including engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product development and implementation.

We are looking for someone with a strong technological background, who leverages their creative thinking and who can drive programs forward.

Job duties / accountabilities:
  • Lead programs and products delivery from vision to production.
  • Create executive strategy presentations, communicate results, forecasts, and strategy plans
  • Conduct deep dive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Manage short-term and longer-term priorities and backlogs to improve our online capabilities
  • Provide regular updates on roadmaps, obtain funding and manage timelines and budget
  • Develop forecasts and business cases, and be able to back up numbers
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners (IT, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Communications, etc.) to implement projects to increase self-serve transactions
  • Conduct post-mortems on projects and propose actions to improve performance
  • Conduct occasional competitive benchmarking analysis
Critical Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree \xe2\x80\x93 Business/Engineering/Computer Science is ideal
  • App and or Web development
  • Proficiency with Miro and Figma or other customer journey/wireframes tools
  • Agile certified
  • Experience in Project management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience presenting results to mid/ senior level management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to negotiate and influence others
  • Digital experience
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong work ethic, great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables with competing tight deadlines
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
