The Digital Self-Serve Program Team is responsible for driving a positive self-serve online experience across Bell\xe2\x80\x99s Residential Services and Mobility customer bases, and associated brands including Prepaid and Virgin Mobile Canada. We develop customer experiences and functionalities, along with online adoption strategies, champion online performance and work with our partners to roll out new digital tactics and strategies.
This roles aims at discovering and developing new and/or innovative technology product ideas, or enhancements to existing products for the translation of research discoveries into usable and marketable products to generate revenue & efficiencies.
Leads plans and tracks all phases of the technology product life cycle from inception through introduction into our tools and processes.
Appraises new technology product ideas to determine their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.
Establishes technology product specifications and collaborates with various functions, including engineering, manufacturing, telecommunications, marketing and sales, to ensure successful product development and implementation.
