Senior Solutions Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 Ricoh IT Services

Ricoh\'s IT Services specializes in the design, implementation, and support of all I.T. Infrastructure and Networking systems. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) responsible for supporting, managing and developing existing business both individually and with direct account manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies, new business opportunities within existing accounts in the Western Canada market
  • Develop, design and present individually or with a team Ricoh IT services solutions
  • Recommend and provide the client with the right IT solution for their evolving business requirements and/or needs
  • Maintain current client relationships by providing superior customer service, including timely communication and follow-up
  • Provide prompt, efficient handling of client inquiries and issues
  • Act as a facilitator to enable technical resources to complete work according to best practices and standards, ensuring that communication is consistent across all relationships

Qualifications:
  • 5 - 10 year of sales experience with 3-5 years selling in the Managed IT Services and IT Project Services industry
  • Proven track record in sales and service with a focus on small to mid-sized companies
  • Desire and passion for sales/business development
  • Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision makers through demonstrated business acumen
  • Proven track record of managing projects and successfully implementing and managing formal quality processes in projects
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT networks, IT security business continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, IT outsourcing, and support
  • The ability to comprehend and then articulate technical jargon in easily understood terms
  • A positive outlook with client and team success as the ultimate goal
Skills:
  • Strong communications skills (oral and written)
  • Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively individually or as part of a team with great interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Excellent time management skills; able to effectively work on multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Positive outlook with clients; can quickly familiarize with their needs
  • You enjoy technology and embrace learning and expanding your knowledge
