A REGULAR DAY FOR YOU WILL INCLUDE:\xc2\xb7 Provide excellent service while ensuring exceptional results in the collection of financial loans.\xc2\xb7 Contact past due customers through the appropriate channeling methods, request and negotiate payment arrangements within authorized limits, and send correspondence to collection customers.\xc2\xb7 Use company-specific policies and procedures to maintain and coordinate firm payment recovery.\xc2\xb7 Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action.\xc2\xb7 Document all call activity details in the Collections system to reflect any action taken, e.g., commitments to pay and/or amounts and dates agreed upon.\xc2\xb7 Achieve individual collection targets to meet Department and Company-wide goals.\xc2\xb7 Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned.REQUIREMENTS:\xc2\xb7 You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.\xc2\xb7 You are tech-savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.\xc2\xb7 You are experienced with skip tracing and familiar with using 411, social media, and the ability to understand credit bureaus.\xc2\xb7 You have at minimum of 3 years of working with high-risk accounts in the auto financing industry.EXTRA- AWESOME TO HAVE!\xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education in Business Administration or any other relevant studies.\xc2\xb7 You have demonstrated work experience with sub-prime consumers.\xc2\xb7 You speak French!WORKING CONDITION:\xc2\xb7 You have flexible availability to work.
