Are you passionate about early talent strategies and thrive in a collaborative environment? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and lead our early talent strategies to ensure that ATCO maintains it\'s 2023 award as one of Canada\'s Top Employers for Young People. In this role, you will build and deliver ATCO\'s annual early talent programs. This role is highly collaborative providing you the opportunity to work across all business units, departments, and geographies. You will also get to work on designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment and attraction strategies for early talent, along with tapping into your expertise in building strategic relationships with post-secondary schools and other organizations to promote ATCO as a phenomenal place to be!

What Else You Get to Do:

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top early talent candidates aligned with ATCO\'s goals and values.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Design and deliver campus recruitment programs, internship programs, and other initiatives to engage and assess early talent.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, and other external partners to enhance our employer brand and expand our early talent pipeline.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early talent acquisition and recommend improvements to our recruitment processes.
  • Develop, implement and manage the early talent employee experience including all programming, event planning (lunch and learns/networking sessions) and end of/mid-term assessments.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track the effectiveness of our early talent strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing methods, including university partnerships, career fairs, online platforms, and networking events.
  • Build upon and improve our digital & social media presence for Early Talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on early talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience in project/program management with the ability to keep the big picture in mind while managing all details, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of early talent market trends, recruitment strategies, and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing early talent programs, including internships and entry-level recruitment.
  • Experience with building and maintaining partnerships with post-secondary institutes both at the strategic level and front line program execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills specifically in sharing relevant and valuable information with client and collaborator levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
