The best part is that you will work with people that care passionately about you, our clients, and our communities.Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition \xe2\x80\x93 Process, Programs and Innovation, this position will play a key role in developing and leading the overall strategy and execution of early talent programs including the hiring of all coops, new grads, and students/interns across the organization. They will be accountable for developing partnerships with colleges and universities as well as key stakeholders internally and externally to develop annual recruitment plans to identify and manage all early talent needs. In collaboration with the business and their respective talent acquisition colleagues, they will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure successful hiring and conversion of early talent for all areas of the business. Collaborating with leaders, the broader HR and talent acquisition teams, as well as marketing and communications, they will be instrumental in organizing and facilitating participation in career fairs and other events that will position us as an employer of choice on campuses.How you will create impact:

  • In partnership with leaders, the Talent Acquisition Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Process, Program and Innovation, and the HR/talent acquisition teams, develop and execute an overall early talent strategy for the organization
  • Partner with leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to identify and develop annual plans inclusive of co-op, new grad and student/internship hires to build a continuous pipeline of talent across various business segments where we have gaps to build a pipeline at the entry level
  • Identify colleges and universities and other industry associations/organizations with programs of interest that align to business requirements and establishes key schools and influencers
  • Collaborate with IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) colleagues to identify synergies and opportunities to diversify early talent pools and establish communities of interest on campus
  • Build an annual recruitment cycle/timelines and calendar of events and prepares presentations to profile Cooperators on campus
  • Own the job posting process for all early talent roles and responsible for the overseeing the full cycle of recruitment \xe2\x80\x93 leveraging support from the respective recruiters supporting the business as required; leverages social media/external platforms to promote roles
  • Organize and facilitates all events and prepares materials and/or workshops and ensures set up/prep required for all stakeholders is organized in advance
  • Manage and organizes swag, banners and other materials needed at various events
  • Prepare hiring leaders with appropriate interview tools, tips, and training to support them in the hiring process
  • Track all early talent hires in the applicant tracking system and provides regular updates to business leaders and the broader HR/Talent Acquisition teams to share learnings and successes
  • Continuously seek process and program improvements to enhance the early talent experience
  • All other tasks and duties as required

To join our team:
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience with a minimum of 2 years in early talent/student/campus recruitment
  • You have demonstrated experiences leading and implementing early talent programs and partnerships for at least 2 full calendar year cycles
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline
  • A CHRP designation is preferred, or other recruiting credentials
  • You have excellent communication, presentation and project/program management skills
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required
  • Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.
